When using the Drug Administration Code UV Inkjet Printer UV print head, please carefully read the following precautions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in irreversible damage to your print head.

  1. Do not plug or unplug any components of the print head while the device is powered, as it may cause damage to the device circuit and the print head.
  2. Use only the specified UV ink and cleaning solutions that meet the requirements for UV print head printing. Do not use substitute inks from other brands that have not been certified, as they may have differences in composition and quality. Using unsuitable substitute ink can lead to poor printing results, clogging of the print head, and severe damage to the print head and its circuitry.
  3. Do not use a high-pressure air gun to clean the UV print head, nor forcefully rinse it with a large syringe. The ink channels inside the print head are extremely delicate, and excessive cleaning pressure can cause internal damage, leading to irreparable loss of the print head.
  4. Avoid soaking the print head entirely in cleaning solution. Any cleaning fluid that adheres to the exterior and circuits of the print head should be wiped off promptly, as soaking can corrode the print head electrodes, causing damage. The main symptom of electrode damage is the print head’s nozzles being able to spray cleaning fluid during cleaning but failing to eject ink during printing.
  5. Clean the print head with the device’s standard cotton brush or non-woven fabric to avoid scratching the surface with hard objects, which can damage the hydrophobic film on the print head surface, causing ink splashing, dripping, and affecting normal use.
  6. Do not strike the print head with any force, as it may deform and damage the print head.
  7. Use only the specified cleaning solution for cleaning the print head. Water and other liquids are strictly prohibited for cleaning the UV print head and the internal ink system of the device, as they can cause damage to the print head.
  8. Exercise caution when using ultrasonic cleaners or other non-professional cleaning services to clean the print head. (It is recommended to send it to our company, Chuang Sai Jie Technology Co., Ltd., for cleaning and maintenance.)
  9. Non-woven fabric and cling film (use materials made of PE) are for single use only and should not be reused! When applying, cut the clean non-woven fabric to match the size of the print head surface. In dry weather, add multiple layers of non-woven fabric. Ensure the non-woven fabric fully conforms to the print head surface without bulging or air bubbles (the same applies to cling film).
